Deeply cleanse clogged pores to help treat and prevent acne with BiRetix Micropeel.
Using a blend of Willow Bark Extract to stimulate cell renewal and prevent bacteria growth, Palm Seed Powder to remove dead cells and Niacinamide to minimise redness, this weekly cleanser helps to decongest and soften blemish-prone skin like no other. Added Chamomile Flower and Bamboo Extracts soothe and nourish the skin to leave it feeling clean and thoroughly prepared for the application of other BiRetix products.

Suitable for normal, combination and oily skin types. Unblocks pores and stimulates cell renewal.
Apply a small amount to wet skin by gentle circular massage. Rinse with water. For deep cleansing of normal skin types, use once a week; for the care of mixed and oily skin types, it is recommended to use twice or three times a week. To get the full effect of this product, we recommend using it alongside BiRetix Cleanser, BiRetix Duo Gel and BiRetix Mask.
This product contains Vitamin A. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or considering becoming pregnant we recommend that you do not use this product.

Nicotinamide
Helps build cells in the skin while also protecting them from environmental stresses, such as sunlight, pollution, and toxins. Also treats acne and over time, you may see fewer lesions and improved skin texture.
Willow bark extract
Exfoliates your skin, reduces excess oil, clears up your pores as well as helps to keep your skin hydrated. This gentle but potent extract can heal acne and prevent future flare-ups. It can also be used to treat eczema, psoriasis and rosacea.
Bamboo extract
Leaves the skin with perfect strength and firmness, which makes it perfect for acne-prone skin. Acne damages the outermost layer of the skin which protects it from bacteria and environmental pollutants. Bamboo strengthens this barrier and restores the outer layer, thus making it easier to fight acne.
Chamomile flower extract
Helps the skin to regenerate, tighten pores and slow down ageing effects. Blemishes and redness can also be lightened by chamomile.
Flax flower extract
Additionally moisturises the skin and soothes irritation.
Palm seed microgranules
Exfoliates the skin.
