ERA Aesthetics is a small business, we offer amazing value in a beautiful clinic with highly trained staff. To be able to do this, we have to protect our appointment availability via the following refund and cancellation policy.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
Most appointment types require a deposit to be paid in order to secure your booking:
- $50 deposit booking fee
The deposit amount will be credited towards your treatment. Deposits are non-refundable.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment and for cancellations, to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client.
Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment or failing to attend your appointment, will result in your deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will need to be paid to secure your future booking.
For prepaid treatments, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or failure to attend your appointment will result in the treatment amount being forfeited.
We understand that sometimes things pop up, so if you think you may not be able to attend your appointment, give us a call asap and we’ll reschedule.
Clients who fail to show or cancel appointments with less than 24 hours notice three or more times may be asked to pay a 50% deposit to secure future appointments.
REMINDER SMS & EMAILS
When you book an appointment at ERA Aesthetics you’ll receive a confirmation email (to your nominated email account) within 30 minutes of making the appointment. You’ll then receive a series of emails and SMS reminders the week leading up to your appointment.
